The Syndy website and application are hosted on a secure cloud infrastructure.
We use internationally renowned hosting providers, selected for their security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2/3) and strict contractual commitments to data protection.
The highest data security methods are applied to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your information.
3. Intellectual Property
All elements comprising the Syndy platform (design, text, images, logos, icons, databases, source code, trade name 'Syndy', features and user interfaces) are the exclusive property of 3B Ventures SAS or are used under license.
These elements are protected by Moroccan and international laws relating to intellectual property, including Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction, reuse or exploitation of all or part of these elements is strictly prohibited and constitutes a counterfeiting offense punishable by legal proceedings.
4. Limitations of Liability
3B Ventures SAS strives to provide a reliable and high-quality service. However, 3B Ventures SAS shall not be held liable for:
- Involuntary or temporary service interruptions, particularly for maintenance or updates.
- Misuse of the site or application by users.
- Erroneous or incomplete data entered by users.
- Financial, legal or other consequences resulting from poor accounting or administrative management by Property Managers or users.
- Direct or indirect damages caused by the use or inability to use the service.
- Content of third-party sites accessible via hyperlinks.
The user is solely responsible for verifying and ensuring the compliance of the information they enter and the decisions they make based on the data provided by the platform.

3B Ventures SAS collects and processes personal data as part of its services, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
