Our Story

How an everyday frustration became a mission.

It all started with a simple observation: in Morocco, managing a co-ownership is chaos. Thousands of property managers — professional and volunteer alike — juggle unreadable Excel spreadsheets, exploding WhatsApp groups and handwritten notebooks that get lost at every general assembly. The result? Opaque charges, distrustful co-owners, mounting unpaid dues and deteriorating buildings.

As co-owners ourselves, we lived this frustration firsthand. We looked for a solution — and found nothing adapted to the Moroccan context. Foreign platforms were too complex, too expensive and disconnected from local realities. Local solutions were glorified spreadsheets. So we decided to build what didn't exist.

If no one is building the tool Morocco needs, it's up to us to do it.

Syndy was born from this obsession: building the platform every Moroccan property manager deserves. Not just another accounting software — a complete platform covering everything: charges, online payments, general assemblies, incident management, co-owner portal, smart dashboard. All mobile-accessible, easy to pick up, and designed for Moroccan realities.

Our mission is radical: eliminate opacity in co-ownership management. Every dirham of charges must be traceable. Every assembly decision must be documented. Every co-owner must have real-time access to information.

Syndy empowers every property manager — from the volunteer co-owner running a small building to the professional firm managing dozens of properties — with a powerful, intuitive and complete tool. From accounting to communication, including assemblies and incident tracking, everything is centralized.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Syndy adapts: whether you manage 1 building or 100, whether your co-owners are tech-savvy or not. Technology should serve people, not the other way around.
